		<description>nice article. good hearing a perspective from a gen y&#039;r instead of a gen b&#039;r on how to deal with gen Y in the workplace.  they hired a grip of gen Y&#039;ers at the company i work for and got rid of the underperforming the gen b&#039;ers. It&#039;s weird though because even with all of them in there the corporate red tape and bureaucracy you speak of still persists. i only hope they stick around long enough and dont get jaded to the point that they perpetuate the culture onto gen z.</description>
