Because I see no colors, I can comfortably say whatever I want to you with no tact regarding past circumstances (Just get a job! I don't care if you grew up in Compton). Rather than accepting differences in cultures and responding with tolerance, we are ignoring differences altogether, which leads to some weird twilight zone bullshit where we(minorities) are treated with even more intolerance because of the inability to understand differences that can arise out of inequitable upbringings, prejudice, and cultural heritage.
